1. Product Scope

SmartPlay is an independent Fantasy Premier League analytics tool. The service helps users review FPL teams, compare players, understand model projections, and make their own FPL management decisions.

SmartPlay sells access to sports analytics software. It does not sell gambling products, betting services, or financial products.

2. No Gambling, Wagers, or Prizes

SmartPlay does not operate paid fantasy contests, accept wagers, provide betting odds, pool user funds, distribute cash or material prizes, or facilitate gambling activity.

No deposits, stakes, bets, or wagering balances are accepted.
No user can win money, prizes, credits, or anything of material value through SmartPlay.
No odds, bookmaker lines, casino games, lotteries, raffles, or sweepstakes are offered.
Recommendations are informational and users remain responsible for their own FPL choices.

3. Relationship to Fantasy Premier League

Fantasy Premier League is a free-to-play game operated separately from SmartPlay. SmartPlay does not control FPL, does not accept entry fees for FPL competitions, and does not provide access to official FPL accounts. Users provide public FPL Team IDs so SmartPlay can analyse publicly available team and player data.

SmartPlay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or any football club.

4. Payments and Access

SmartPlay paid plans are one-time payments for a stated access period. They are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. Payment grants access to SmartPlay analytics features; it does not create any contest entry, prize eligibility, betting account, or financial return.

5. Responsible Use

SmartPlay is intended for entertainment, education, and personal FPL decision support. We do not encourage users to use SmartPlay for betting, wagering, or any illegal activity. If we discover the service is being used to facilitate gambling or other prohibited activity, we may restrict or terminate access.
